The opportunity is cosponsored by North Carolina Sea Grant and the N.C. Coastal Resources Law, Planning and Policy Center.

This semester-long fellowship is designed to foster research addressing a coastal policy issue within the state’s 20 coastal counties. Research and scholarly work conducted under this fellowship should include exploration of the legal implications of the chosen topic.
