Mariner’s Menu, North Carolina Sea Grant’s popular online seafood guide, features blogger and photographer Vanda Lewis’s pictures with hundreds of recipes the late Joyce Taylor developed. We’ve selected our Top Five Holiday Recipes below. We hope you’ll enjoy these favorites over the holidays and afterward.

But first, here’s an extra treat. In 2023, we’ll be launching a new Mariner’s Menu video series, “Cooking North Carolina Seafood.” The first videos will feature Chef Ricky Moore, the James Beard Foundation’s Best Chef in the Southeast, and the owner of Saltbox Seafood Joint in Durham.
