North Carolina Sea Grant<\/a> and its partners offer many fellowship opportunities for the state’s graduate students. Fellows learn about the management, policy and scientific research that affect the state’s and nation’s shorelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n “Training the next generation is one of Sea Grant’s primary missions.
