Forecasting Hypoxia, Algal Blooms for the Neuse River Estuary
North Carolina Sea Grant-funded researchers from NC State and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Institute of Marine Sciences are analyzing several decades of data on hypoxia and algal blooms in the Neuse River Estuary. Doctoral student Alexey Katin highlights some current findings.
