{"id":10034,"date":"2023-08-17T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-08-17T13:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ncseagrant.ncsu.edu\/mariners-menu\/?p=10034"},"modified":"2023-12-20T09:30:36","modified_gmt":"2023-12-20T14:30:36","slug":"simply-grilled-wahoo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ncseagrant.ncsu.edu\/mariners-menu\/simply-grilled-wahoo\/","title":{"rendered":"Simply Grilled Wahoo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recipe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 \u00bd pounds wahoo fillets, cut into serving-size pieces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tablespoons butter, melted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons fresh lime juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon lime zest<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd tablespoon smoked paprika<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc teaspoon freshly ground black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat the grill to medium-high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a small bowl, combine butter, lime juice, zest, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place fish in a baking dish and cover with marinade and refrigerate for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place fish on a well-oiled grill.
