Preheat the grill to medium-high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a small bowl, combine butter, basil, onion, salt and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Brush both sides of fish with butter mixture. Place on well-oiled grill, topsides up. Cook about 4 to 5 minutes. Turn and cook another 4 to 5 minutes or until done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
