Prepare Lime Dressing and refrigerate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a medium pan, melt butter and heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lightly salt and pepper fish and place in pan, flesh side down. Saut\u00e9 until golden brown, about 4 to 5 minutes. Turn fish over and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until done. Serve with lime dressing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lime Dressing <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, onion, parsley, cayenne, salt and pepper. Mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
