Prepare Garlic Mayonnaise and refrigerate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preheat the grill to medium-high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Brush fish with melted butter. Lightly salt and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Place fish on the grill and cook for about 6 minutes. Flip and cook for another 6 minutes or until done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Remove to a platter and spread with Garlic Mayonnaise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Garlic Mayonnaise<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice and tarragon, mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use. Spread over cooked fillets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
