In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge fish in the mixture, shaking off excess.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add butter and melt. Saut\u00e9 fish until golden brown about 4 to 5 minutes. Turn fish over and repeat, cooking until done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
While fish is cooking, prepare oregano sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Oregano Sauce<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add garlic, wine, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer for about 6 minutes. Spoon over the cooked fish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
