Prepare Spicy Seasoning and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a shallow bowl mix Tabasco, egg and milk. Lightly salt fish. Dip in egg mixture, then sprinkle with seasoning mix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pan-fry fish in \u00bc-inch of hot oil until golden brown for about 3 minutes on each side, cooking until done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
