In small a bowl, combine orange juice, orange zest, lemon zest, lemon juice and honey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Place fish in a baking dish and pour marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Remove fish from the marinade. Lightly salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, shaking off excess.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add butter and melt. Saut\u00e9 fish, until golden brown about 3 minutes. Turn and repeat, cooking until done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
