Prepare Garlic Mayonnaise and refrigerate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preheat the grill to medium-high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Brush crabs on both sides with melted butter.\u00a0 Lightly salt and pepper. Place crabs, topside down, over hot coals. Close cover and cook until bright red about 2 to 3 minutes. Turn and repeat, cooking until done. \u00a0Serve with Garlic Mayonnaise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Garlic Mayonnaise<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, parsley, Tabasco and pepper. Serve with grilled soft-crabs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
