Salt the mullet roes on both sides, set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pre-heat about \u215b-inch of oil in an electric skillet to 350\u00b0 F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Place seafood breading mix in a shallow dish. Dredge both sides of the fish with the breading mix and shake off excess. Place the fish, flesh side down, in the skillet and fry for about 4 minutes. Flip over and fry for 4 to 6 minutes or until done. Remove fish and place on a baking sheet lined with paper towels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If needed, add more oil to the skillet and bring oil back up to 350\u00b0 F. Place the salted roes in the skillet and fry for 4 to 6 minutes. Flip over and fry for 4 to 6 minutes or until done. Remove roes and place them on a baking sheet lined with paper towels. Serve with the fish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
