In a shallow dish, combine egg, milk and lemon juice. In another shallow dish, combine cornmeal, salt, cayenne and parsley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dip fillets in egg mixture, then dredge lightly in cornmeal mix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Heat oil in a skillet to 375\u00b0 F. Add butter and melt. Place fillets in the pan, and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes. Turn and repeat, cooking until done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
