Heat the oven to 400\u00b0 F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Place fillets in a shallow, greased baking dish. Brush with butter. Sprinkle on onion and mushrooms. Add sherry. Season with pepper. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
