{"id":11576,"date":"2023-11-23T21:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-11-24T02:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ncseagrant.ncsu.edu\/mariners-menu\/?p=11576"},"modified":"2023-12-18T15:22:25","modified_gmt":"2023-12-18T20:22:25","slug":"baked-fish-with-sherry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ncseagrant.ncsu.edu\/mariners-menu\/baked-fish-with-sherry\/","title":{"rendered":"Baked Fish with Sherry"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recipe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 pound flounder, skinless fillets (or other white fish)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc cup unsalted butter, melted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cup minced onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cup dry sherry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 fresh mushrooms, finely chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>black pepper, freshly ground<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat the oven to 400\u00b0 F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place fillets in a shallow, greased baking dish. Brush with butter. Sprinkle on onion and mushrooms. Add sherry. Season with pepper.
