Preheat air fryer to 380\u00b0F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Add flour, kosher salt, and black pepper to a small bowl. Stir to combine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Add egg to another small bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Add panko breadcrumbs to another small bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dredge each oyster on both sides in flour, then egg, and finally panko breadcrumbs. Set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Repeat until all oysters are completely coated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Add coated oysters to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook on one side for 3 to 4 minutes. Flip oysters and cook for another 3 to4 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145\u00b0F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cook in batches until all are done. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Serve on top of a salad or as Oyster Burgers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
