Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Carefully oil grill grate. Place steaks on grill and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes per side. If a well-done center is desired, grill a few minutes longer per side. Spread with Lime Butter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Lime Butter<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bd cup butter, softened<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tablespoons fresh lime juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 teaspoons lime zest<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In a small bowl, combine butter, juice and lime zest. Set aside for flavors to blend.
