Roll up, lapping small end over larger, leaving space in the middle for stuffing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place rolled fillets in a greased muffin tin. Spoon Parmesan stuffing into the center of each. Baste the tops with melted butter and bake until stuffing is lightly browned and fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Parmesan Stuffing<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 tablespoons butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cup chopped onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cup chopped celery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u00bd cups fresh bread crumbs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cup freshly grated cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc teaspoon salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc teaspoon freshly ground black pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00be teaspoon chopped fresh basil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Saut\u00e9 onion and celery until soft. Remove from heat.
