Preheat the oven to 450\u00b0 F .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prepare Fresh Herb Mayonnaise and refrigerate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Brush fillets with melted margarine. Lightly salt and pepper. Place in lightly greased baking dish. Bake until done, about 6 to 8 minutes. (Look at the size of the fillets to determine cooking time.)<\/em> Place on serving dish and serve with Fresh Herb Mayonnaise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Fresh Herb Mayonnaise:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, shallots, chives, parsley, basil and pepper. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with hot fish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
