Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cilantro. Place in one layer on oiled steamer rack above boiling water. Steam for about 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with White Wine Sauce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>White Wine Sauce<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 \u2154 cups dry white wine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon chopped green onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tablespoons flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2154 cup chicken broth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cup heavy cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc teaspoon freshly ground white pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat \u2154 cup wine in small saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and parsley and simmer until reduced by half.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and stir until smooth. Slowly add broth and remaining 1 cup wine, stirring to blend. Cook over low heat, stirring until sauce is smooth and thick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strain onion and parsley mix. Add liquid to sauce and mix well. Add cream gradually, stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper. Simmer, continuing to stir, until sauce is desired consistency.
