{"id":7013,"date":"2016-10-10T08:31:40","date_gmt":"2016-10-10T12:31:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ncseagrant.ncsu.edu\/mariners-menu\/?p=7013"},"modified":"2023-12-19T11:26:28","modified_gmt":"2023-12-19T16:26:28","slug":"citrus-marinated-fillets","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ncseagrant.ncsu.edu\/mariners-menu\/citrus-marinated-fillets\/","title":{"rendered":"Citrus-Marinated Fillets"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recipe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 medium snapper fillets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cup fresh orange juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc cup fresh lemon juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc cup fresh lime juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons vegetable oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 teaspoons fresh rosemary, crushed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc teaspoon salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u215b teaspoon freshly ground white pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Combine orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, oil, rosemary, salt and pepper in small nonreactive bowl. Place fish in baking dish and pour marinade over. Marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes, turning once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove fish from marinade and place on lightly greased broiler pan. Broil about 4-inches from heat source for 10 to 12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
