Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a medium saucepan, melt \u00bc cup butter. Add flour, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir in milk gradually and cook until thick. Add cheese and stir until melted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a greased 1 \u00bd quart casserole, place a layer of flaked fish, then a layer of sauce. Continue alternating layers, ending with sauce. Combine crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over top. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
