Combine flour, cornmeal, salt, pepper and cayenne in a large bowl. Dredge crabs in the mixture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a large skillet, heat oil to 375\u00b0 F. Cook until reddish-brown, about 5 minutes. Use tongs or spatula to turn. Cook until done, about 5 more minutes. Drain on paper towels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
