Preheat the grill to medium-high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a small bowl, combine butter, salt, pepper and Piment\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Brush both sides of fillets with mixture. Place in pan and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Place marinated fish on well-oiled grilled. Cook about 4 to 5 minutes. Flip over and repeat, cooking until done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
