Place the rack in the top third of the oven and preheat the oven broiler to high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon melted butter and 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In another small bowl, combine softened butter, mayonnaise, mustard and Parmesan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lightly salt and pepper fish and place on a greased broiler pan. Brush with butter-lemon juice mixture. Broil for about 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Remove fish from oven. Spread with Parmesan mixture. Return to oven and cook until done about 6 to 8 more minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
