Prepare garlic butter and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preheat the grill to medium-high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Brush both sides of the fish with olive oil. Lightly salt and pepper topsides. Place on a well-oiled grill, topsides up, and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes or until done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Remove to a serving platter and serve with Garlic Butter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Garlic Butter<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic, salt and pepper. Spread over warm fish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
