Poach fish in lightly salted water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, celery, onions, pepper and tarragon. Gently blend in fish, being careful not to break flakes apart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Chill thoroughly. Serve with assorted vegetables and chips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
