Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0 F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a medium saucepan. Saut\u00e9 onion and celery until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in crumbs, Parmesan, salt, pepper and basil. Stuff fish loosely. Brush with 1 \u00bd tablespoons melted butter.\u00a0 Lightly salt and pepper. Bake about 20 minutes or until done. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
