Preheat the oven to 450\u00b0 F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, flour, lemon juice, dill, garlic and wine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Place fish in a lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Spoon sour cream mixture over fish. Dust with paprika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 8 to 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
