In a large saucepan, melt butter.\u00a0 Lightly saut\u00e9 onions, green onions, celery and carrots. \u00a0<\/strong>Blend in flour. Stir in broth gradually. Add thyme, salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.\u00a0 <\/strong>Slowly stir in cream.\u00a0 Add fish and simmer until done about 8 to 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
