Preheat the oven to 450\u00b0 F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Melt 4 tablespoons butter in a medium saucepan. Saut\u00e9 onions, sweet pepper, celery and garlic until just tender. Add crumbs, thyme, basil, parsley, paprika, \u00bc teaspoon salt and \u00bc teaspoon pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stuff fish cavity lightly. Brush fish with 1 \u00bd tablespoons of melted butter.\u00a0 Lightly salt and pepper. Bake for about 20 minutes or until done. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
