Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0 F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a medium saucepan. Saut\u00e9 celery, onion and mushrooms until tender. Remove from heat. Add bread crumbs, sage, poultry seasoning, \u00bc teaspoon salt and \u00bc teaspoon pepper. Mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Layout fillets on a work surface, skin side up. Spoon stuffing onto fillets. Roll up each fillet and place seam side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with 1 \u00bd tablespoons melted butter. Lightly salt and pepper. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until done. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
