Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0 F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet. Saut\u00e9 onion and celery until tender. Add \u00bd cup bread crumbs, cream, cayenne, garlic powder, mustard, salt and egg. Mix well. Gently fold in crab meat, being careful not to break the meat apart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Divide mixture between 6 lightly greased ramekins. Combine melted butter and \u00be cup of bread crumbs and sprinkle over ramekins. Bake for about\u00a0 20 minutes, until lightly browned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
