Set oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven broiler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Combine butter, garlic, salt, pepper and cilantro in a small bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Place fish in a glass baking dish, flesh sides up, and pour marinade over. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Remove fillets from marinade. Place the fish on a broiler pan that has been coated with cooking spray. Place the pan under the broiler and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, or until done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
