Add butter and melt. Heat to 375\u00b0 F. \u00a0Lightly salt and pepper fish. Dredge lightly in flour. Saut\u00e9 fish, flesh side down, until lightly golden brown, about 4 to 5 minutes. Turn and repeat. Serve with green onion butter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Green Onion Butter<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 tablespoons butter, softened<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tablespoons minced green onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon pressed  garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc teaspoon salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u215b teaspoon freshly ground white pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In a small bowl, combine butter, green onion, garlic, salt, pepper and parsley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contributed by&nbsp;<a
