Preheat oven to 450\u00b0 F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a small bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, cilantro, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Place tuna in a lightly greased baking dish. Brush with butter. Lightly salt and pepper. Spoon tomato mixture over top. Bake for about 15 minutes or until done. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Determine cooking time based upon the thickness of fish\u201410 minutes per inch of thickness.
