In a small bowl, combine butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and smoked paprika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Place fish in a shallow dish. Brush with butter mixture. Marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preheat the grill to medium-high. Place marinated fish on well-oiled grill. Cook about 4 to 5 minutes. Flip over and repeat, cooking until done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
