In a small bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, cilantro, salt and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Place fish in a shallow dish. Brush with olive oil mixture. Marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Place fish on a well-oiled grill, flesh side down. Cook about 4 to 5 minutes. Turn and repeat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
