The Center\u2019s Research Law Fellowship program gives law students with practical experience in environmental law and policy, with a coastal and marine focus. The program also provides students with legal research and writing experience.<\/p>\n
The fellows act as research assistants to the co-directors. Research law fellows conduct research and write memoranda on natural resource, ocean and coastal law issues.<\/p>\n
The Center\u2019s law fellows also have the opportunity to write for professional publication. Publication opportunities can be articles for the Center\u2019s newsletter Legal Tides<\/em> or in a law review. Law review articles can focus on topics tailored to the law fellow\u2019s interest, though they also must be relevant to the Center\u2019s mission and focus on a natural resource, ocean or coastal law issue.
