Participants are automatically entered into the competition and will be judged by the attending audience, with the top three places receiving an award. A lightning talk is a brief (8 minute) and compelling presentation on a scientific topic. Successful lightning talks clearly and concisely tell the story of the project and include what was done, why, and what the outcome was.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Networking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Would you like interaction with and guidance from experienced professionals? Do you need insight into career choices and pathways?
