On Wednesday, September 18<\/strong>, Paul Hosier will give a talk titled \u201cSeacoast Flora and Ecology of the Carolinas\u201d as part of East Carolina University\u2019s \u201cScience on the Sound\u201d lecture series. The talk will cover environmental factors influencing the plants present in the Outer Banks region, as well as considerations for coastal residents interested in adding native plants to their gardens.
