The Researcher-Educator Exchange Forum<\/a> (REEF) is accepting applications from scientists for its 2015 forum set for Jan. 23-24, 2015 at NC State University in Raleigh, N.C. This year’s theme is Communicating Ocean and Geosciences<\/em>. The call for applications is opened to graduate students, post-doctoral fellows and faculty.<\/p>\n

REEF is a two-day professional development workshop that trains scientists to communicate their research to general audiences. Scientists will collaborate with educators to present an outreach program at an informal science center. Scientists are invited to complete the REEF Scientist Application<\/a> at https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/s\/TPZZC9N<\/a>. Applications must be submitted by Dec. 15, 2014<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
