Local examples of the impact of the decision will be discussed to illustrate the effect of the decision.\u00a0\u00a0Three basic summaries of the implications of the decision in N.C. will be addressed in the context of the regulatory extent of wetlands from least to moderate to the largest potential impact on the extent of wetlands regulated across the state. Finally, the overall environmental implications of the\u00a0<em>Sackett<\/em>\u00a0decision as well as the parallel decision by the NC Legislature will be addressed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b><strong style=\"font-style: inherit\">Continuing Education\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: inherit;font-style: inherit\">Credits<\/span>:<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0\u00a0This forum will provide 1 PDH (professional development\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: inherit;font-style: inherit\">hour<\/span>)\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: inherit;font-style: inherit\">credit<\/span>\u00a0upon completion of registration and evaluations that will be sent with the final event information.
