another fresh seafood idea

Melt 3 tablespoons butter in medium saucepan.  Sauté celery, onion and mushrooms until tender. Remove from heat. Add bread crumbs, sage, poultry seasoning, ¼ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Mix well.

Lay out fillets on a work surface, skin side up. Spoon stuffing onto fillets. Roll up each fillet and place seam side down on a parchment lined baking sheet. Brush with 1 ½ tablespoons melted butter. Lightly salt and pepper. Bake at 375 F until done, about 10-12 minutes.
