Baked Teriyaki Snapper

Recipe
- 1 ½ pounds snapper fillets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic, pressed
- 1 teaspoon ginger root, minced
- ½ cup green onions, finely chopped, including tops
Preheat the oven to 400° F.
In a small bowl, combine vegetable oil, sesame oil, Teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and green onions. Mix well. Reserve half of the mixture.
Brush the remaining half over fillets and marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Place in a greased baking dish and bake until done, about 10 minutes, brushing with remaining marinade about halfway through cooking time.
