Citrus Roasted Fish
Recipe
- 2 pounds fish fillets or steaks
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lime, sliced
- ¼ cup fresh orange juice
- paprika
Sprinkle fish with pepper. Line center of baking dish or nonreactive pan with slices of lime and lay fish on top. Sprinkle with juice and bake at 400° F for 15 or 20 minutes until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Baste often with juice. Sprinkle cooked fish with paprika.
