Flounder Parmesan
Recipe
- 1 pound flounder fillets, cut into serving-size pieces
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- freshly ground salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- paprika
Preheat the oven to 450° F.
Place fish in baking dish. Brush on both sides with butter. Lightly salt and pepper. Using tongs, dredge fish in Parmesan and return to baking dish. Sprinkle tops with paprika. Bake until done, about 12 to 15 minutes.
