The N.C. Coastal Resources Law, Planning and Policy Center offers the Research Law Fellowship, the Coastal Policy Fellowship, and the Environmental Policy Internship that provide professional training to graduate and professional school students, expanding on what they learn in the classroom.
The Center also supports students who apply for national-level, policy-related opportunities.
In addition, the Center assists students in obtaining supplementary professional training in environmental and coastal law, planning and policy through fellowships, internships and externships. The Center also helps them find placements with government agencies, law firms and businesses where such training has value.
NOTE: The North Carolina Coastal Resources Law, Planning and Policy Center is on hiatus. For information on future Center products, fellowships and research, please contact Extension Director Frank Lopez at fmlopez@ncsu.edu or 919-515-3012.
