In small bowl, combine Parmesan, salt, pepper and paprika.
Place fillets, skin side down, in lightly greased baking dish. Brush with butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan mixture.
Bake at 450 F until done, about 8 to 10 minutes. Determine cooking time based upon thickness of fish — 10 minutes per inch at thickest point.
