Easy Smoked Fish Spread


  • ½ pound flaked smoked fish
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • ¼ cup finely chopped toasted pecans
  • salt
  • crackers

In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, Worcestershire and Tabasco. Blend well. Mix in pecans. Gently blend in fish, being careful not to break flakes apart. Salt to taste. Chill thoroughly. Place in a serving bowl. Serve with assorted crackers.
